There are some things that are older and harder to find but if you can get them they are a wonderful addition to your scrapbooking tool hoard! Following are examples that I have managed to get my little hands on through Trade Me and other such sites.
Stamps
Never under estimate the power of stamping! Depending on what you are doing stamping when done effectively can appear to be a part of the paper's design.
Shapeboss and Scrapboss
A system for dry embossing. This looks lovely particularly when you gently rub coloured ink over the embossed section.
Templates
Page templates can be helpful tools when you are stuck for ideas on layouts.
Stencils
Stencils are great for adding a little bit of detail bringing something different to the page.
Friskars Shape Cutting System, Colluzzle and or Creative Memories Shape System
I use mine quite a bit particularly if I want to shape my photos.
